The ACLU Staff United, a bargaining unit under IFPTE Local 70 (Nonprofit Professional Employees Union) that represents ACLU lawyers and staff, held a unity rally on April 23, showcasing unwavering strength after two years of tense negotiations with management. The event was a testament to their solidarity and determination and marked a pivotal moment in the ongoing pursuit of a fair contract with the civil rights organization. 

Amidst a backdrop of unfair labor practices filed against management, the rally served as a reaffirmation of the union's commitment to upholding the principles of justice and equality. From attorneys who have been with the organization decades, to the dedicated support staff that ensure that the ACLU functions smoothly, members stood shoulder to shoulder, united in their resolve to safeguard the rights of all Americans, as well as their colleagues. All of IFPTE stands behind these workers in their quest for fair compensation and an equitable workplace.
