AFL-CIO President Liz Shuler Speaks at Pennsylvania State Federation Convention

During her address to convention delegates, Shuler spoke about increased worker frustration, the "great resignation", and what it means for the labor movement. Noting that more workers in more industries are realizing that collective action is the answer, Shuler said, "It’s about having a voice to share your work life and for many of them, the pandemic was the tipping point.”
