BAND TOGETHER! GAO Employees Organization Issues Spring 2023 Member Newsletter

The GAO Employees Organization​ (IFPTE Local 1921) recently issued their Spring member newsletter, which included a “Meet the Officers” section, as well as updates on in-person work requirements, FAQ’s information, getting connected with the larger labor movement, and wellness resources and tips, among many other items.

As a part of the ‘Meet with Officers’ interviews, Local 1921 president, Ben Emmel, laid out his goals for the union, saying that “My vision is that every employee is connected to the GAO Employees Organization, aware of their role and power in the workplace, and with some solidarity and hard work, together we can bring about real change at the GAO.”
