Growth through Organizing: Former IFPTE President and SPEEA/Local 2001 Member Paul Shearon Discusses SPEEA Constitutional Referendum

Brother Paul Shearon, former IFPTE President and Secretary-Treasurer, talked this week directly to his fellow SPEEA/Local 2001 members about the importance of voting to pass a referendum aimed at broadening the Local’s ability to organize in the aerospace industry. 

In the video message, Shearon notifies SPEEA members that voting to approve the referendum will not only, “make SPEEA stronger at the bargaining table,” but also allow SPEEA to, “organize companies where Boeing work has been transferred and where Spirit work has been transferred.”
