Henson, Khan Discuss Trump Flip-Flop on Abusive Guestworker Visas on Valley Labor Report

IFPTE Secretary-Treasurer, Gay Henson, and Legislative/Political Director, Faraz Khan, were featured speakers this week on the Valley Labor Report. 

Henson and Khan discussed the apparent 180-degree reversal in policy by the current Trump administration versus the first one concerning how employers use H-1B Visas to seek foreign workers who enjoy little to no worker protections, in favor of American and permanent resident workers.  Henson and Khan pointed out that these visa programs abuse foreign and U.S. workers alike.
