Local 21 Wins Expanded COVID-19 Member Benefits in Contra Costa County

Through aggressive, grass-roots advocacy, Local 21 has won major new COVID-19 benefits for their members. These gains come as a result of the Local’s efforts to defend the health and safety of all Local 21 members — members who are working on the front lines in the workplace, working from home, or standing by for disaster service. The gains in Costra Costa County include significant increases in sick pay and full salaries for non-essential workers through May 31st.
