Local 400 Hosts Annual Stewards Appreciation Dinner

Denise Robinson,Local 400 President and IFPTE Northeast Area Vice President, recently welcomed the local’s fully-vaccinated stewards to an appreciation dinner in Providence, Rhode Island.   

Held as an annual event, the dinner was cancelled last year due to COVID-19. The evening is an opportunity to thank and recognize those Local 400 members who give their time to the union and to represent their union colleagues. 

President Robinson commented, “we are pleased that we were able to host this event again this year after a very difficult last 18 months for our members, our stewards, and all of our fellow co-workers here in Rhode Island.  These stewards have given their time to our union, and their contributions have been invaluable.  This dinner is just a small token of our appreciation.” 

President Matt Biggs, and International Representative David LaFemina also attended the socially distanced event.
