MFL Welcomes Removing Ban on Project Labour Agreements

This week, the Manitoba Federation of Labour (MFL) welcomed news from Manitoba’s NDP government to lift the ban on project labour agreements (PLAs) introduced by the former Conservative government. Removing PLAs is a key barrier to creating good union jobs, training opportunities and safer workplaces when constructing public infrastructure in Manitoba.
