SUP-IFPTE Local 160's Pride and Society Committee Develops Online Learning Module

June 1st marked the beginning of Pride Month and although it is virtual this year, this remains the time to recognize the progress made in advancing the human rights of people who identify as two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer or intersex (2SLGBTQIA+). 

In doing so, the Society of United Professionals (SUP), Local 160 Pride and Society Committee has developed a learning module to provide a basic overview and understanding of some of the issues facing 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, and how Society members can be allies within their locals to help move equity and diversity conversations forward.
