Support Joyce's Campaign for the Kansas Legislature

IFPTE President Shearon and Secretary-Treasurer Biggs penned a memo this week to IFPTE Local Leaders alerting them that one of our own, Matthew Joyce from SPEEA/Local 2001, is, “making a run for the Kansas State legislature.” In doing so, Shearon and Biggs notified the IFPTE Locals that, “it is critical for unions all over the nation – including IFPTE - to encourage our fellow union members to run for elected office at all levels…”, and that, “IFPTE represents upwards of 4,000 members in the State of Kansas, which is why Matthew’s campaign for the legislature is so important for us.”
