While On The Job, Local 195 Members Pull Motorist from Crashed Truck

IFPTE Local 195 members, Paul I. and Geraldo C., went above and beyond when they pulled a trapped motorist out of his overturned truck after it crashed while on the job for the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Both men were working along the shoulder of I-208 south in early June when a pickup truck lost control, went airborne, struck a median and landed upside down only a few feet from where they were working. Local 195 President, Tim Rudolph commented that “Paul and Geraldo are dedicated public servants here in New Jersey serving the citizenry each and every day, so it is no surprise that they both were quick to react to help save this motorist from a very dangerous situation. Local 195 is proud to call them Union Brothers.”
