IFPTE Endorses Pat Ryan for New York’s 18th Congressional District
Union applauds freshman Representative’s commitment to supporting working people, veterans, and our democratic values

WASHINGTON, DC –The International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (IFPTE) issued an endorsement for Congressman Pat Ryan as he seeks reelection to serve a second term to represent New York’s 18th District. IFPTE officers issued the following statements.
IFPTE President Matthew Biggs:
“Over the last two years, Congressman Pat Ryan has stepped up as a lawmaker who stands up for working people and families, veterans, and for our country’s democratic values and institutions. As a member of the Armed Services Committee and the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, Congressman Ryan has been a principled and effective advocate for necessary investments in infrastructure, public services, economic fairness, and supporting the people who provide for national security. IFPTE counts Congressman Ryan as a friend of labor and our union is proud to endorse him for reelection.”
