IFPTE is One of 23 FWA Unions Urging President Biden to Bring "Functionality" to the FLRA
This week IFPTE signed onto a Federal Workers Alliance (FWA) letter imploring the Biden Administration to nominate members to the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), which continues to employ 2 appointees from former President Trump out of the 3 members. The letter, which was supported by 23 FWA member labor organizations, asked that, “the Biden Harris Administration immediately sent the Senate a nomination for FLRA Member to accompany the nomination of Ernest W. DuBester as FLRA Chairman.”
