IFPTE Local 400 Announces Book and Tool Program Award Winners

IFPTE Local 400, representing Rhode Island State workers, recently announced the winners of the union’s 2022 Book and Tool Program award winners. The Book and Tool Award recognizes students who have excelled in school and in their communities and is awarded up to 9 children or grandchildren of Local 400 members, and is founded in service to community.
