IFPTE Mourns the Loss of TTD President Brother Larry Willis

IFPTE joins America’s labor movement in mourning the sudden passing of the president of the AFL-CIO Transportation Trades Department, Larry Willis.

Brother Willis was America’s leading voice on behalf of America’s transportation industry workers. He was as steadfast a fighter for the bread and butter issues impacting these workers as he was a respected expert in transportation policy throughout labor, industry and among our nation’s leading lawmakers.

His countless contributions to the labor movement have no doubt impacted millions of working families for the better, something that will never be forgotten. IFPTE sends our condolences to his wife and daughter, and his TTD family for their loss.
