America’s Disabled Workers Once Again in Crosshairs of Current Social Security Leadership – AALJ/IFPTE Judicial Council 1 Weighs In

Association of Administrative Law Judges/IFPTE Judicial Council 1 (AALJ/JC 1) President Judge Melissa McIntosh recently responded to the Social Security Administration’s latest attempt to erode the constitutional due process protections of disability claimants by shifting disability determination cases from independent Administrative Law Judges to non-independent agency employees.
