IFPTE National Leadership Meets with TVA Leaders

This week IFPTE President Matt Biggs, Secretary-Treasurer and TVA EA Local 1937 President Gay Henson, Eastern Federal Area Vice President Renae McKenzie, and Legislative Director Faraz Khan met with Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) leaders in Washington, D.C.   

The meeting was one of several that TVA executives had scheduled in the nation’s capital this week and served as an opportunity for IFPTE and TVA to discuss many issues of mutual importance. 

Secretary-Treasurer Gay Henson commented:  “IFPTE is pleased that TVA’s senior leaders found the time to meet with us here at the national level to further build upon our partnership, our shared goals of growing TVA as a federal utility providing low cost energy to the Tennessee Valley, and our commitment to our skilled and dedicated workforce.”
