SCMMA Conducts Strategic Planning Session

SCMMA/IFPTE Local 222 Stewards and Executive Board Members gathered last week to develop a campaign plan for the upcoming round of bargaining with the City of Saskatoon. The session was facilitated by IFPTE Representatives Bill Fitzpatrick and Anna Liu. The focus of the day centered on increasing bargaining strength through a SWOT analysis, improving membership engagement, and exploring opportunities to increase SCMMA’s presence in the community.
