SCMMA Local 222 Launches Campaign Promoting "Fairness at Work, Fairness for Everyone"
As another round of collective bargaining gets underway, SCMMA Local 222 launched its “Fairness at Work, Fairness for Everyone” campaign, highlighting the importance of SCMMA members being treated in a fair and respectful manner by the employer, in the workplace, and at the negotiating table.
Members can demonstrate their solidarity and support for their bargaining team by displaying a SCMMA sticker and/or desk tent in the workplace and using a “Fairness at Work, Fairness for Everyone” background and profile picture in MS Teams.
