TEAM Strategic Planning

On April 8 TEAM/IFPTE Local 161’s Board held a half-day strategic planning meeting facilitated by IFPTE Representatives Bill Fitzpatrick and Anna Liu. The session focused on reviewing the strategic goals from the previous year and building on those successes in 2024. Time was spent identifying challenges and opportunities ahead while mapping out priorities for the upcoming year. Among the specific work plan objectives discussed were increasing membership engagement, preparing for bargaining, and continuing with the campaign to keep telco jobs in Manitoba and TEAM.
