IFPTE is Proud to Honor and Celebrate Black History Month

IFPTE joins the American and Canadian Labour movements in celebrating Black History Month throughout North America.  In doing so, we honor black workers worldwide, and recognize their unique and ongoing struggles seeking equality in the workplace, and in our society. 

The last several years have been history changing with a worldwide pandemic, economic and political upheaval the likes we have not seen, and a time of reckoning for racial justice.  With this in mind, and with IFPTE’s full support of erasing racial and economic inequality from our society, IFPTE celebrates our black scientists, engineers, lawyers, judges, writers, educators, healthcare professionals, trade union leaders, and all of the workers who have continue to contribute to the betterment of humankind.
