In response to the NLRB’s recent decision to force in-person voting for union elections during the COVID-19 pandemic, IFPTE endorsed the bipartisan Levin/Fitzpatrick SAFE Workers Act to reverse, “the NLRB prohibition of electronic voting for union elections.”
