The International Plate Printers, Die Stampers, and Engravers Union of North America (Plate Printers) has been negotiating a contract with the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) for over six years, and the union demanded BEP’s parent agency tell BEP management bargain in good faith.. IFPTE members and leaders, including President Biggs, were on hand to support the Plate Printers union demands.
