Today, a judge ordered that the Department of Education and Office of Personnel Management must bar Elon Musk and the so-called Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from accessing key databases.  IFPTE is a named plaintiff in the lawsuit, as its members who work in the federal sector and those who have participated in student loan programs have had their rights violated by DOGE’s unlawful actions.
